Planning a luxury ride in Kern County

Send the times for each stop: the hotel, the ceremony, the photos, the reception. We build the pickups around them and tell you early if any timing looks tight.
Count the guests and the clothes
Gowns, tuxedos and garment bags take space. One SUV carries up to six guests with room for formal wear. Larger parties need several cars, which we time to arrive together.
Agree the venue drop-off
Hotels, theaters and arenas each have a preferred spot for arrivals. We check it ahead so you step out near the door and not in a distant lot.
Think about the return
The end of the evening is as important as the start. Book the return pickup at the same time, with a time or a flexible window, so the ride home is already arranged.
Children and family
Child seats are on request. For older guests, tell us if anyone needs help with the steps and the chauffeur is ready.
