Planning a day with a driver in Kern County
An hourly booking is flexible, but a little planning helps the day run smoothly.
Choose your start and window
Pick a start time and a rough length. If you are unsure, tell us the stops and we suggest a window that leaves room. You get the confirmed plan ahead of the day.
List the stops in order
Send the addresses in the order you want them. Some stops, like a ceremony or a site gate, have fixed arrival times, and we plan around those first.
Think about the distances
Bakersfield to Delano is a drive along State Route 99. Bakersfield to Tehachapi follows State Route 58. Ridgecrest is a longer trip again. Distances between stops are part of the hourly window, so we include them in the plan.
Waiting and loading
The chauffeur waits at each stop, handles bags and keeps the car ready. If you need a longer stop, a call to the number on your confirmation lets us adjust.
Changing the plan
Days drift. A meeting runs over, a lunch stretches, someone adds a stop. The hourly format is built for that, and we confirm any change with you as it happens.
Meals and breaks
A long day includes meals. Tell us when you plan to stop and for how long, and the chauffeur keeps the car close and ready. We do not set a meal rule for you, we plan it with you.
Passengers who join late
If a guest joins at the second stop, send us their address and the time. We add the pickup to the route and confirm it with you before the chauffeur leaves.
Keeping belongings safe
Garment bags, gifts and shopping stay in the car between stops. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle, so you carry less from one place to the next.
Ending the day
Tell us where the day ends. It might be your home, a hotel or Meadows Field. We plan the last leg with the same care as the first.
