How executive car service works in Riverside County
Executive riders care about two things: the car shows up on time, and the day does not unravel. These points keep both true.
Send the whole itinerary
Give us every address, in order, with the time each meeting starts. A schedule with three stops in three cities needs a different plan than one with a single drop-off, and we would rather plan it up front.
Choose the arrival point
Convention centers and resorts have more than one entrance. The Riverside Convention Center publishes parking details, and Pechanga is a large property in Temecula with its own address at 45000 Pechanga Parkway. Tell us which door your host expects.
Allow for the freeway
County distances are real. The 60, the 91, the 15 and the 215 serve the west and southwest, and the 10 serves the Pass and the desert. We recommend leaving margin for any meeting that cannot slide.
Event weeks in the desert
The American Express at PGA West in La Quinta, the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells and Modernism Week in Palm Springs all fill hotels. If your business trip overlaps one of them, book the car early and keep the address of your hotel handy.
Before the meeting, after the meeting
A good executive booking has a plan at both ends. The morning pickup is set for the time you need to arrive, not the time you leave. The return is either booked on the same reservation or left open for you to confirm with us by phone. Tell us if you need to stop for coffee, a change of clothes or a quick errand, and we will build it into the route.
Business trips that cross the county line
Riverside County meets Orange, San Bernardino, San Diego and Imperial counties. An executive based in Corona may need a morning in Orange County and an afternoon back home. Another may fly into Ontario for a Riverside meeting and fly out of Palm Springs two days later. Both are routine bookings for us, and we price each one as a single fixed trip. Tell us the pickups and the order and we will line them up.
Working in the car
Many executives use the ride to prepare. Tell us if you want quiet, a call in progress or a short conversation. The chauffeur follows your lead. We help with the bags at each stop.
Seats and bags
A sedan fits one to three. An SUV fits six with luggage, and it suits a team with laptops and sample cases. Child seats are on request.
