Booking limo service in South Gate
A limo booking goes well when the details are clear early on. Here is what we ask and why.
The headcount
An SUV takes six people and their luggage. Twelve prom-goers need two cars, which leave together on our schedule. Mention children, older guests or anyone who needs a little extra help getting in.
Where everyone is picked up
Groups often start from different homes. Send every address and we plan the route so no one has to meet in the middle.
Plan for the roads
The I-710 interchange at Firestone Boulevard can back up, so we leave margin on event nights. Stadium and arena nights add traffic around the venues, so we pick drop-off points ahead of time.
Airport runs
For LGB or LAX, give us the flight number and we track it. Our airport car service in South Gate page has the details.
Child seats and extras
We carry child seats on request, so mention each age at booking. Garment bags, a cake, gifts for a surprise party: tell us and we leave room.
Drop-off and pickup spots
Venues with many arrivals are tricky. We call ahead where we can and choose a drop-off that is close to the door and clear of the main queue. For the ride home, we agree a pickup spot with you before the night begins.
Photos and timing
Prom and wedding groups often want a stop for photographs. Parks in the city such as South Gate Park on Southern Avenue work well. Tell us how long you want and we fold it into the schedule.
Quiet evenings too
A limo is not only for parties. Many riders book it for a dinner for two, a recital or a visit to see family, because a polished car makes an ordinary evening feel considered.
Last-minute changes
Plans move: a guest runs late, the dinner shifts an hour. Phone the office and we update the chauffeur straight away. We would rather adjust the car than have the group wait on the curb.
