Limo service in West Covina: booking tips
A limo booking works best when we know a few things early. Here is what we ask, and why.
Group size and the number of cars
One SUV seats up to six with luggage. A group of twelve needs two cars, and we time them to leave and arrive together. Mention any children, older guests or people who need help getting in and out.
Pickup addresses
Events often involve people in different places. Send every address and we will build one route, rather than asking everyone to meet in the middle.
Drop-off spots
Venues like Pacific Palms, the Sheraton Fairplex and downtown theaters each have a best place to stop. We check before the day, so you do not walk blocks in formal shoes.
Prom and school nights
Parents often book the car, so we send them the pickup plan and the drop-off address. Students ride together in one SUV per six, and the chauffeur sticks to the agreed itinerary. We recommend a pickup window that leaves time for photos at home before the car pulls out.
Weddings and send-offs
A wedding day often needs a car for the couple, one for the parents and one for the wedding party. We schedule them together, with an extra buffer for photos. If the day involves several venues, our luxury chauffeur page covers the planning in more detail.
Airport runs
For Ontario, Burbank or LAX, give us the flight number and we will track it. Our airport car service in West Covina page has the details.
Car seats, garment bags and gifts
Ask for a child seat when you book and mention each child’s age. Garment bags, gift boxes and a cake for a surprise party all fit, as long as we know in advance.
