Booking limo service in Long Beach, step by step
A limo booking runs smoothly when a few details come first. This is what we ask about, and why it matters.
Headcount first
A single SUV is built for six guests and their bags. A prom group of fourteen would need three vehicles, which we schedule to roll out together. Flag any young children, older relatives or guests who need a steadier step in.
Where everyone gets picked up
Guests rarely start from the same address. The couple may be in Naples, parents in Bixby Knolls and the wedding party near Cal State Long Beach. Send every address and we build the route around them instead of asking you to meet halfway.
Drop-off spots at the venue
The convention center, the Queen Mary and the Aquarium of the Pacific each have an area where cars stop. We check the best one before the day, so you are not walking far in formal shoes.
Freeways and timing
The 710 and the 405 slow at predictable hours. On Grand Prix weekends and big convention days, Downtown closes streets and the usual route may not work. We account for all of that when we set the pickup time.
Child seats and extra items
Child seats are available when you ask, so give us the ages. If you are carrying a garment bag, a cake or gifts, tell us and we plan the room.
Photos before you go
Many limo nights start with pictures at home or at a favorite spot like Belmont Pier. Tell us where and for how long so the chauffeur plans the arrival time and keeps the schedule on track for the rest of the evening.
The ride home
The best part of a late night is not worrying about the end of it. We arrange the return trip in the same booking, so your pickup is waiting when the party winds down.
