Planning luxury chauffeur service in Santa Ana
A special day goes best with a plan the chauffeur can follow. Here is what we ask for.
The schedule
Send the ceremony or event start time, plus any photo stops, the reception address and the time you expect to leave. We choose the pickup time with a cushion before the start.
The entrance
Venues often have a front entrance for guests and a different one for the couple or the hosts. Tell us which one you want, and we confirm it before the day.
Formal wear and gifts
Gowns, suits, boutonnieres and gift boxes need space. An SUV takes up to six guests with luggage, which makes it easier to protect the outfit. Say what you are bringing and we choose the vehicle.
Several cars, one plan
Weddings often need more than one car. We time them to leave together and arrive in the order you want.
Guests arriving from out of town
For guests flying into John Wayne or arriving by rail, list the flight or train details with the booking so we can plan each pickup.
Photos and stops along the way
Couples often want a photo at a favorite spot before the ceremony. Name the places and how long you want at each, so we can sequence the pickup and the drive. A stop at the Bowers Museum entrance on North Main Street or in Downtown Santa Ana is easy to add when it is on the list.
Anniversary and birthday dinners
For a dinner out, tell us the restaurant and the time of the reservation. We book the ride there and the ride home together, so the evening ends as smoothly as it begins.
Children and special seating
Child seats are available on request. Tell us the ages at the time of booking.
