Luxury chauffeur service in Rancho Palos Verdes: planning your day
Good events run on small decisions made early. These are the ones we help with.
The guest list and the vehicles
Count the people who need a ride, and tell us where each group starts. One SUV carries up to six with luggage, so a party of fifteen needs three cars. Add a sedan for the couple if you want them to travel on their own.
Ceremony and reception venues
Terranea Resort at 100 Terranea Way offers ballrooms and outdoor spaces for weddings. Trump National Golf Club, also in Rancho Palos Verdes, lists a Vista Terrace for ceremonies with views of the ocean. Ask your coordinator where cars should arrive and depart, then pass it on to us.
The Wayfarers Chapel
The Wayfarers Chapel, long known as a wedding setting, is temporarily closed after the 2024 dismantling. Visit the chapel’s website for the latest news before you plan around it. If your ceremony is elsewhere, we drive to any venue you name.
Arrivals from out of town
Wedding guests often fly in and stay at Terranea. Our airport car service in Rancho Palos Verdes carries them from LAX or Long Beach to the resort, roughly 17 to 24 road miles depending on the airport, and back at the end of the weekend.
Timing the day
Give us the time of the ceremony and when guests should be seated. We work backward and set the pickup times with the roads in mind. Hawthorne Boulevard and the coast roads can be slow on busy weekends.
Photos and extra stops
A stop at Point Vicente for photographs, or a run to the florist, fits easily into a booking. Mention it up front and we build it in.
The ride home
Choose a time for the return or keep it flexible by booking hourly. Either way, the car is arranged before the event starts, so nobody is scrambling to find a ride at the end of a long night when the hills are dark and the roads are quiet.
