Planning luxury chauffeur service in Beverly Hills
Special days run on details. These are the ones we ask about.
Headcount and vehicles
A sedan suits a couple. An SUV carries six passengers with luggage and formal wear. Larger parties use several cars that leave together.
Pickup points
Wedding days often start in more than one place: the couple in a hotel suite, parents at home, friends at another hotel. Send every address and we draw a plan around them.
Entrances and timing
Every hotel and venue has its own driveway and its own entrance for arrivals. The Beverly Wilshire is at 9500 Wilshire Boulevard, the Waldorf Astoria is at Wilshire and Santa Monica, and The Beverly Hills Hotel is at 9641 Sunset Boulevard. Tell us the venue and, if you can, the entrance the host prefers.
Photos and stops
Beverly Gardens Park, with the Beverly Hills sign and Lily Pond on Santa Monica Boulevard, is a well-known photo stop. Mention a photo stop and we add it to the schedule.
Dress codes and gear
Black tie, gowns and tuxedos need space. Tell us about garment bags, bouquets or a cake box when you book, and we choose a vehicle with room for them.
The return
The ride home is part of the booking. We confirm the pickup time and place before the day, and a person answers the phone if the party runs late.
