How booking by the hour works in West Hollywood
Booking by the hour gives you freedom, but it works best with a loose plan. This is what we ask, and why.
Start time and first stop
Give us the address where the clock starts and the time you want the car there. A hotel on Sunset Boulevard, a house in Norma Triangle and an office on Santa Monica Boulevard each need a different approach, so the address matters.
The list of stops
Write the stops in the order you expect to visit them, even if some are tentative. We use the list to plan the route and the best places to pull over. Changes are fine, and we confirm them with you.
How many hours
Think about how long each stop takes, then add a margin for lunch or an unplanned detour. We confirm the number of hours with you when you book, and extra time is something we confirm with you before it is added.
Passengers and bags
Send the headcount and whether you will be shopping. A shopping trip with several bags suits an SUV, and a solo day of meetings suits a sedan.
Ending the day
Tell us where the day finishes. It might be a hotel, a home in the hills above the Strip or LAX. We plan the last leg with you.
