Hourly car service in San Juan Capistrano: planning your hours
Booking by the hour works best with a rough outline. These notes help you shape one.
Start with the anchor
Choose the one stop that cannot move, such as a reservation, a ceremony or a flight. Everything else is built around it, and we confirm the timing with you.
List the stops
Write the places in order. Downtown San Juan Capistrano is compact, but the Hunt Club, Pacifica San Juan and the Ortega Equestrian Center are in different parts of town, so the order affects the plan.
Estimate the hours
If you are unsure how long a day will run, tell us what you hope to do and we suggest a booking length. We settle the hours with you before the booking is final.
Food and walking stops
The Los Rios Historic District is a walking neighborhood with private homes and a few public businesses. Plan the car to drop you at one end and meet you at the other.
Weekend crowds
Weekends bring more people to the Mission, so build in a drop-off point that does not rely on a spot near the front gate.
Parking and curb space
Camino Capistrano and the streets near the Capistrano Depot are busy at lunch and dinner. With a driver, you step out at the door and the car handles the rest, which matters on a day with six or seven stops.
A day around horse country
The Ortega Equestrian Center on Camino Capistrano hosts shows, and the area has many horse properties. If your day starts at a barn or a ranch gate, give us the entrance you will use so the pickup is not guesswork.
Groups and luggage
If you are traveling with bags between a hotel and a venue, choose the SUV. It seats up to six passengers with luggage.
