Executive transportation in Santa Barbara, planned well
Good executive travel is quiet. Here is what helps us run a smooth day for you or your guests.
Send the itinerary once
List each stop with the address, the time and the person you are meeting. We confirm the plan and one fixed fare, so no one is working out the cost between meetings.
Name the entrance
Office buildings and hotels have more than one door. Tell us which one you prefer, and add a contact number for the day.
Plan around the hill
The Riviera and Mission Canyon sit above the grid. A morning call there then a downtown lunch is fine, though it adds a few minutes that are worth building in.
Guests from out of town
A visitor arriving by train will find the Amtrak station at 209 State Street. For a flight, SBA is the local airport, and Burbank and LAX are longer runs south on US-101.
Courthouse and civic visits
Legal and civic appointments cluster near the County Courthouse and City Hall downtown. Tell us the building and the hour, and we plan a drop-off that keeps you moving toward the door.
Early starts and late finishes
Business days do not always follow office hours. Tell us when the first pickup and last drop-off fall, and we confirm the plan with you before the trip.
A day with several guests
When a team splits up, send each person's pickup and the shared destination. We can plan two cars that arrive close together instead of leaving one guest behind.
Between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles
Some trips begin in the Los Angeles area and end here, or the reverse. US-101 runs the 90-plus miles between them, and a return leg priced at the same time keeps the whole itinerary in one place.
Choosing the car
A sedan suits one or two executives with a laptop bag. For a delegation or a team with luggage, choose the SUV, which seats up to six.
