Executive car service in Riverside, a working guide
A good executive ride has few moving parts. Here is what we ask and how we plan around it.
Send the whole day, not one leg
If you have three stops, tell us all three at the start. We can fit the order to the roads, and you hear one price instead of three.
The downtown core
The Riverside Convention Center has 68,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and it stands in downtown Riverside close to the Mission Inn. We arrange a drop-off at the entrance that suits your meeting.
After the meeting
Many meetings end with a meal. Downtown Riverside has a walkable pedestrian mall near the convention center, and the Mission Inn is a short distance away. Tell us the restaurant or hotel and we plan the next leg from there.
The 91, the 60 and the 215
The 91 Freeway ends in Riverside at the junction with I-215 and SR-60, so these three routes carry most business traffic through town. We plan the first leg to the on-ramp that fits the hour.
Meeting guests at Ontario or the train
For a colleague arriving at Ontario International, share the airline and flight time. For a guest on Metrolink, the Riverside-Downtown station is at 4066 Vine St and Hunter Park/UCR is at 1101 Marlborough Ave. We plan the pickup around the arrival.
Working in the car
The back seat is a quiet place for calls, email and review. Tell us if you need to take a call at a certain time and we plan the route to suit.
Early starts and late finishes
Business travel rarely follows office hours. A 5 a.m. departure for Ontario or a late return after a dinner downtown is routine to book, and the price is fixed whichever hour you choose.
Luggage and equipment
An SUV holds up to six passengers with luggage. For presentation cases or sample bags, mention them when you book and we make room.
