Executive car service in La Mirada, done properly
Business travel runs on small details. This is what we ask for and why it matters.
Send the whole itinerary
Addresses, times and the name of the person you are meeting let the chauffeur plan the order of stops. If a meeting runs long, call 747-309-0639 and we adjust with you.
Name the guest clearly
When you book a car for a visitor, give us their name, the airline or hotel, and a phone number. The chauffeur then meets the right person without any guesswork.
Pick the vehicle for the party
One executive travels well in a sedan. A pair of colleagues with laptops and a roller bag is fine too. For a group of four to six, or when there is a lot of luggage, an SUV is the better choice.
Think about the return
Executives often plan the way out and forget the way back. Booking both legs together means the second car is confirmed before the first meeting starts, and you can leave the venue when you are ready.
Plan the airport leg
Tell us which terminal and which airline. We build in margin appropriate to the airport, because LAX needs more time than Long Beach.
Hotel and venue arrivals
Guests staying at the Holiday Inn on Firestone Boulevard, or heading to the Biola campus, are easy to place. Give us the hotel or building name and the entrance you prefer, and the chauffeur goes there directly.
Time in the back seat
The back seat is a quiet place for a call or a last look at your notes. Many travelers use the ride to prepare for the meeting ahead.
Repeat trips
If you travel the same route often, just say so when you call. Each booking is priced and confirmed on its own, and the fare stays fixed once you accept it.
