Executive car service in Culver City: planning your day
A smooth executive day depends on a handful of decisions made before the car arrives. Here is what we ask.
Pickup points that work
Downtown buildings often have a main entrance, a garage and a side door. Tell us which one you prefer and we stage the car there. For hotels, give us the lobby name and the guest’s name.
Back-to-back meetings
If you have three stops, send us the addresses and the times. We plan the order and the margins, and we confirm the details with you before the day starts.
Airports
The 405 and the Marina Freeway (State Route 90) meet in Culver City, and LAX is close. Even so, airport traffic can surprise anyone, so we build the departure time with room to spare. Santa Monica Airport serves private aircraft, and we meet those flights too.
Early starts and late finishes
Executive days rarely follow business hours. A 6 a.m. flight, a dinner that runs past ten and a call to LAX at midnight are all normal bookings. Our line is open 24/7, so a change of plan is a phone call, whatever the hour.
Visitors from out of town
Culver City draws visiting executives who stay at the Culver Hotel, The Shay or Palihotel Culver City. Book the airport pickup, the days of meetings and the ride back as one trip, and each leg is priced at the start.
Assistants and bookers
Many bookings come from an assistant. Send us the traveler’s name, a phone number, the pickup and the time, and we take it from there.
Coordinating more than one car
A leadership offsite or a client visit may need a sedan for one guest and an SUV for a team. We set up both on the same booking with their own pickup times, so the whole group moves on schedule.
