Planning corporate transportation in Ventura County
Good corporate transportation depends on a clear brief. These are the items we ask for first.
Send the passenger list
Names, phone numbers and arrival details let the chauffeur contact each guest and meet them correctly, whether the guest lands at Burbank or arrives from a hotel in Ventura. For a large group, send a spreadsheet or a list and we organize the cars from it.
Name the hosts
Tell us who is hosting and who should be called if a guest cannot be reached. One contact at your company keeps changes simple, and it means the chauffeur never has to guess whom to ring when a flight is late or a meeting room changes.
Set the pickup spot
Office parks, hotel forecourts and venue gates differ. Send the entrance, the building name or the contact on site, and we pass it to the chauffeur so the car is where the guest expects it.
Handle the airport side
Visitors arriving in Los Angeles County reach Ventura County by road from Hollywood Burbank or LAX. Oxnard Airport and Camarillo Airport are county-owned general aviation fields with no scheduled airline service, so they matter only for private and charter aircraft. Our airport page for the county covers the details.
Account for the roads
Moving a team from Thousand Oaks to Oxnard means crossing the Conejo Grade on US 101, and travel from Simi Valley follows State Route 118 toward Los Angeles. We plan with those routes in mind, and we adjust on the day if the traffic calls for it.
Event days
For conferences and shows, tell us the venue and the start time. Fairgrounds, theaters and harbor sites each have busy entrances, so we agree on a drop-off point before the day. The Ventura County Fairgrounds in Ventura and the Bank of America Performing Arts Center in Thousand Oaks are examples that benefit from a plan.
Executive visitors and VIP guests
When the guest is a senior visitor, tell us. We assign the chauffeur with that in mind, agree the exact meeting spot and keep the host informed as the arrival unfolds. A clear handover and a clear next step make the ride feel considered.
Early starts and late nights
Business does not keep office hours. A roadshow may start before sunrise and a dinner may end well after dark. Reservations run around the clock, and we confirm each pickup time with the contact you name.
Changes on the day
Flights slip, meetings overrun and guests arrive early. Call the number on the confirmation and we update the chauffeur and tell you how the change affects the booking. You never have to chase a car yourself.
Reporting back
After a program, we can confirm what ran. Ask at booking for the information your finance or events team needs, and we do our best to provide it.
