Corporate car service in La Quinta: how we plan a group
Group trips succeed or fail on the details. This is what we ask for and why.
The guest list
Send names, arrival times and the airport or hotel for each person. We group riders into cars and confirm the plan with you. If several guests share a flight, they can share a vehicle, and anyone arriving alone can ride in a sedan.
Pickup points
Resorts and clubs have multiple entrances. Tell us which one the group will use, such as the lobby of La Quinta Resort & Club or the clubhouse at PGA West. Repeat the name in your guest message as well, so travelers know where to look for the chauffeur on arrival.
Tournament and event weeks
La Quinta is the host city of the PGA Tour’s American Express tournament, and the Civic Center hosts the La Quinta Art Celebration. If your guests are attending, share the venue entrance and the times and we shape the drop-offs around them. A sponsor group, a client party and a team of staff may each need a different entrance, and a clear list helps us keep them straight.
Airport flows
Palm Springs International is roughly 20 road miles away. For a team arriving on one or several flights, tell us each flight and we plan the cars to match. Ontario and LAX are available too, though both are long drives, so a larger group should send the details early.
Golf and hospitality days
Client golf is part of business here. Tell us the course, the clubhouse entrance and the group size, and we plan the ride out and the ride back, with room in an SUV for clubs and bags.
Working back from the agenda
Share the time each guest must be at the venue, and we work back from it to set the pickup. Tell us about agenda changes as early as you can, and we adjust the plan with you. The fare is fixed when you book, so the figure you approve is the figure for the trip.
One contact
Choose a single person to coordinate with us. Changes then go through one phone number, 747-309-0639.
