Corporate car service in Glendale: setting it up
A good corporate booking starts with a short conversation. These are the questions we ask, so the day runs smoothly for everyone involved.
Who is the contact
Name the person who should receive confirmations and changes, and the person who will be in the car. They are often different people. We send updates to both when you ask us to.
Where exactly are guests going
Corporate addresses often have a visitor lobby, a garage and a loading dock. Tell us which entrance guests should use and whether they need to be on a security list, a common step at the larger campuses in south Glendale.
How many cars
Count heads and luggage. One SUV holds up to six colleagues with bags. A larger group needs more than one car, and we schedule them as a convoy rather than as separate pickups.
What happens when flights change
For arrivals we track each flight. If a plane runs late, the chauffeur waits at arrivals, and we tell your contact. If it lands early, we move the car up.
Hotels and visitor stays
Many visitors stay at hotels near Downtown Glendale, including the Hilton Los Angeles North/Glendale. Give us the hotel and the guest’s name, and the chauffeur holds a sign or waits in the lobby, whichever your guest prefers.
Early and late shifts
Studios, hospitals and production offices do not keep office hours. We schedule pickups for crews and staff who start before dawn or finish after midnight, and we confirm those rides the day before so nobody wonders whether the car is coming.
Traffic that affects the schedule
The 134 and the 5 jam at predictable hours, and downtown Glendale slows around lunch and again at the end of the workday. When a group has to arrive together, we set the departure with that in mind and leave a cushion for the last few blocks.
Event nights
If the evening involves a show at the Alex Theatre or dinner at the Americana at Brand, share the end time so the ride home is lined up before the first course.
