A practical guide to car service in San Gabriel
A few local details make a ride go smoothly. These are the things we ask about when you book.
Which side of town
San Gabriel is compact, but the streets behave differently. South Mission Drive is the quiet historic stretch with the mission, while Valley Boulevard is the busy commercial spine. Tell us the exact address and the entrance you want and we plan the approach.
Event days at the Mission District
The San Gabriel Mission Playhouse, at 320 S. Mission Drive, hosts concerts and shows, and its curb fills fast on show nights. Let us know the event and the start time so the chauffeur plans the drop-off and the pickup afterward.
Hotel pickups
The Hilton Los Angeles/San Gabriel is at 225 W. Valley Boulevard, and its event spaces include the San Gabriel Ballroom and the Garden Terrace. For a wedding guest or a conference attendee, give us the room name or the lobby and we set the meeting point when you book.
Airports from the valley
Hollywood Burbank is the shortest airport run, about 22 road miles. LAX is roughly 29 road miles and Ontario roughly 32. We pick the departure time from your flight, not from the map.
Weddings and banquets
Weekends bring wedding parties to hotel ballrooms such as the San Gabriel Ballroom at the Hilton. Tell us the ceremony time and the venue, and we stagger the arrivals so the family, the couple and the guests do not all reach the door at once.
Parks and daytime errands
Not every ride is an occasion. Some riders book us for a morning at Vincent Lugo Park, a medical appointment or a day of errands along San Gabriel Boulevard. The same car and the same fixed price apply.
Families and luggage
Child seats are available on request. An SUV seats up to six with luggage, so a family heading to the airport fits in one car.
