Airport car service in South Pasadena, step by step
Booking is short, but a few details help us get the timing right.
Tell us your airline and flight
Give us your airline, flight number and terminal if you have it. We plan the pickup time around your check-in and let you know when to expect the car.
Choosing the pickup spot
Most guests are collected at home. Others prefer the Mission Street area near the Metro A Line station at Meridian Avenue, or a hotel in Pasadena. Tell us the exact spot and we plan the pickup there.
Getting to the freeway
The Arroyo Seco Parkway (SR 110) has ramps at Orange Grove and Fair Oaks avenues and runs toward downtown Los Angeles. From there the route depends on the airport and the hour, so we choose it for the day you travel.
Hollywood Burbank
BUR is the shortest ride, about 16 road miles. It suits business trips and quick leisure flights, and the start time stays flexible.
LAX and Ontario
Both need extra margin. We build in buffer for traffic and, on international flights, for the longer check-in.
Bags and children
Mention golf clubs, strollers and extra cases when you book so we plan the space. Child seats are available on request.
Rides for a group
If several people are flying together, say so when you book. We send an SUV or more than one car, so the group arrives at the terminal together.
Private and general aviation flights
Van Nuys Airport handles private flights. Share the operator and the departure time, and we plan the pickup around the aircraft instead of a commercial check-in.
After a long flight
Landing late is tiring. A booked black car means the last stretch home is easy, whether you live near Fair Oaks Avenue or up in Monterey Hills.
