Airport car service in Norwalk, step by step
An airport ride feels easy when the planning is done early. Here is how we handle the details.
Setting the pickup time for LGB
Long Beach is a small airport, which keeps the walk from curb to gate short. We still plan a cushion, and we add more on holiday weekends when the terminal fills.
Setting the pickup time for LAX
LAX asks for more patience. The 105 carries a lot of traffic toward the terminals, and the airport roads slow down in the late afternoon. We build in the extra time so you are not watching the clock from the back seat.
What to send us
Your flight number, the airline, the number of travelers and the pickup address. If you are flying home, add the arrival terminal if you know it. We can handle the rest.
Arrivals
For an arrival, we track the flight and plan a meeting point with you. Text or call if baggage claim runs long, and the chauffeur waits for your signal.
Holiday and weekend flights
Thanksgiving, the December holidays and summer Fridays pack the terminals. If you are flying on one of those days, book early and ask for a pickup time with room to spare. We would rather you wait at the gate than stand at the curb.
Business trips
A morning meeting in another state often means leaving Norwalk before most of the city is awake. We confirm the pickup the evening before if you ask, and the chauffeur arrives a few minutes early, ready to go.
Mixing rail and car
Some travelers ride the C Line in and want a car for the way home with heavy bags, or the reverse. That works fine. Tell us where the train arrives and we plan around it.
Big luggage and gear
Golf bags, strollers, instrument cases and large suitcases change which vehicle fits. Say what you are bringing and we send an SUV when the sedan would be tight.
