Airport car service in Claremont, made easy
Even a short airport ride goes better when a few details are decided in advance. Here is what we ask for at booking, and why each item matters.
Airline and flight number
Send us both. We track the flight, and the airline tells us which side of the airport to expect you on.
Meeting at arrivals
We agree on a spot with you before you land and share the chauffeur’s contact details. Message when you have your bags and the car comes to you.
From the train or the Village
Metrolink serves Claremont, and the Village has hotels such as Hotel Casa 425 at 425 W. First Street. If your trip starts at either one, give us the spot and we time the pickup to your departure.
LAX and the long start
LAX is roughly 45 to 48 road miles away. The 210 runs through Claremont with exits at Towne Avenue and Base Line Road, and we plan around the commute hours when we set your departure.
Brackett Field and private flights
Brackett Field is in La Verne and handles general aviation. For a private flight, send the operator name or tail number and we agree on a meeting point.
Semester breaks and big bags
Students leaving for a break travel with more luggage than a flight allowance suggests. Tell us the number of bags and we send a sedan or an SUV to match.
What to send us before the ride
The airline, the flight number, the pickup address and how many people are traveling. If anyone needs extra time getting into the car, say so and we plan the pickup around it.
Children and gear
We bring a child seat if you ask. Add strollers or sports equipment to the booking and we plan the room.
