Moving a group in and out of Wasco
Group travel works when the details are decided before the day. Here is how we handle it for Wasco clients.
Start with the guest list
Send names or a head count, the arrival details and the place everyone needs to reach. From that, we work out how many vehicles the plan needs and when each should leave.
Pickup points
Name the exact place for each pickup: a hotel lobby, a building entrance, a gate or a lot. Where a group gathers in more than one place, we plan one vehicle per place with times that meet at the destination.
Headcount and bags
An SUV carries up to six passengers with luggage. A larger team gets two vehicles. Send the count with your first message and we build the plan from it.
Hotel on Highway 46
Guests at the Best Western Plus Wasco Inn & Suites at 1704 Highway 46 can be collected in one wave. Tell us how many rooms, and we arrange the sequence.
Receptions and dinners
An event at a banquet hall in town needs a drop-off time and a pickup time. Send both with the guest count. We prepare the vehicles and the schedule to match.
Flights into Meadows Field
When a manager or a client lands at Meadows Field, send the airline and the arrival time. We arrange the chauffeur and the ride to Wasco on the same booking.
Late arrivals
Flights run late and meetings overrun. Tell us the original time and a contact name for the group, and we use the phone number you give us to coordinate the pickup on the day.
Vehicles for executives and staff
Not every rider in a group needs the same seat. A senior visitor may take the sedan while the team follows in the SUV. We can arrange both on one booking.
Sedan and SUV together
A mixed group works well with a split fleet. Leaders ride in the sedan, equipment and staff ride in the SUV, and both vehicles leave at the same time.
Receipts and records
The written confirmation lists the date, the pickup points, the destination and the fixed fare, so the finance team has everything in one place.
Tired travelers
Some visitors arrive after a cross-country flight and need a calm ride rather than a crowded one. Tell us the airline and the original departure city, and we plan a comfortable pickup and drop-off for the hour they land.
Smaller teams
Two or three people do not need a full SUV. The sedan keeps the cost down for a small group and leaves room for bags and a laptop case.
Changes
Corporate schedules shift. Ring 747-309-0639 when a time moves, and we revise the plan together.
