Planning an executive ride in Goleta
A good executive booking is short, specific and easy to forward. These are the pieces we ask for.
Meeting time and address
Send the time the meeting starts, not the time you want to leave. We help you work backward from it, and we confirm the pickup with you at booking.
Passenger names and count
If a guest is traveling, include their name, flight and contact number so the chauffeur and the passenger can find each other. For a group of more than six, tell us early so we arrange a second car.
Several stops in a day
Executives often go from the airport to a meeting, then to lunch and then back again. Give us the sequence and we set one fare for the whole booking. The more you tell us, the less there is to change later.
Late changes
Meetings move. If the schedule shifts, call 747-309-0639 and we go through the new plan with you. Give us as much notice as you can, and we confirm what the change means for the booking.
Off-site days
A team retreat at an oceanfront resort or a dinner near the beach is a different kind of executive ride. Send the guest list, the venue and the time the group wants to be there. The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, near Haskell’s Beach, is one of the Goleta venues that hosts events of this kind.
Visiting from out of town
A guest who arrives at SBA may not know the area. Put the hotel or the office address in the booking, and the chauffeur takes care of the route. For longer visits, our hourly car service in Goleta page explains how to keep one car for the day.
Sedan or SUV
One executive with a briefcase and a carry-on fits a sedan easily. Two colleagues with garment bags or a small team with presentation gear are more comfortable in an SUV, which is roomy enough for six riders with luggage.
