Car service in Lompoc, street by street
Here is how we think about a day in the Lompoc Valley, from the first pickup to the drop-off.
Leaving the valley
Every route out of Lompoc is a real drive. Highway 1 runs north toward Santa Maria and the Highway 135 link, and State Route 246 heads east through the Santa Ynez Valley to Buellton and US-101. We pick the route that suits your destination and your departure time, and we say so when you book.
Old Town and the murals
Old Town Lompoc is the walkable core, and its outdoor murals are the reason many visitors stop. Guests who want to see them often ask for a chauffeur to drop them at one end and collect them at the other.
Wine tasting
The Lompoc Wine Ghetto holds more than 20 tasting rooms in town, and the Sta. Rita Hills vineyards start just beyond it. A day of tastings is easier with a chauffeur than with a designated driver, since everyone in the car gets to taste, and we can plan the order of stops with you beforehand.
Flower fields season
From April through September, and sometimes longer, growers around the valley put out fields of stock, larkspur and sweet pea. It is a scenic drive, and a good one to leave to someone else.
Hotels and events
Visitors often stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton on North H Street, the Hilton Garden Inn or the Holiday Inn Express. The Embassy Suites also has event space for weddings, so guest rides between the hotel and the ceremony or dinner are a common request. Give us the hotel name and the time, and we handle the rest of the plan.
Neighboring communities
Vandenberg Village, Mission Hills and Mesa Oaks are the unincorporated communities of the Lompoc Valley, and we pick up there as well as in the city.
