Airport car service in Beaumont, made easy
A flight is easier to catch when the ride is settled days ahead. Here is what we ask before we confirm the car.
Ontario or Palm Springs
Ontario International is about 40 road miles away and Palm Springs International about 30. Travelers choosing between them tend to look at fares and airline schedules first, and the ride follows.
Airline and terminal
Send us your airline and flight number. For a departure, we plan the drop-off at the right terminal. For an arrival, we agree on the meeting point with you before you land.
Starting from a hotel
The Hampton Inn & Suites Banning-Beaumont sits at 6071 Joshua Palmer Way in Banning, just off Interstate 10 between Banning and Beaumont. Guests staying there can book a transfer the same way. Give us the hotel name and the flight and we do the rest.
Bags and gear
Golf clubs, strollers and extra suitcases are fine. Mention them when you book so we choose the right vehicle. A sedan suits one to three riders with moderate luggage, and an SUV holds six with their bags.
Children
Child seats are available on request. Tell us the ages and number of seats and we note it on your booking.
Groups and family departures
A family of five with strollers and checked bags is a different job from a solo business traveler with a carry-on. Tell us the head count, the number of suitcases and any car seats. If everything will not fit in one SUV, we plan a second car so nobody is squeezed in and the bags travel with the group.
Planning around the schedule
Pick a pickup time that leaves room at the terminal for the airline’s own check-in and security steps. If you are not sure how early to leave, ask when you call and we talk it through based on the airport and the type of flight.
Longer airport runs
LAX, Burbank, John Wayne and San Diego are all possible from Beaumont. They are longer trips, so we build in a bigger margin and agree the fare ahead.
