Getting around La Quinta with a private driver
La Quinta covers about 35 square miles of land, so where you start changes the plan. The notes below cover the parts of town we hear about most.
Old Town and the Civic Center
Old Town is the village area with more than 30 restaurants, boutiques and salons, and the Civic Center Campus sits on Calle Tampico. Tell us which door or lot you want, and we plan the stop. If you are heading to an Art Celebration day, tell us the entrance you prefer and we plan the drop-off around it.
South La Quinta communities
Andalusia and Santa Rosa Cove sit in the south of the city. Private communities often need a name at the gate, so send us the street address and any gate details when you book.
Golf resorts
PGA West, SilverRock Resort and the Rancho La Quinta Country Club are all in the city, and golfers often ask about a ride to the course or the airport. Clubs have their own entrances, so we confirm the right gate with you.
Resort stays
La Quinta Resort & Club has its own address on Eisenhower Drive. Guests booking a ride from the resort should share the building or casita name, plus the time they want to leave their room, so the pickup point is clear to everyone involved.
Highway 111 and Interstate 10
Most trips toward Palm Springs International use the Highway 111 corridor and Interstate 10. Tell us your flight time or destination early, and we plan the route with you.
