Corporate car service in Temecula, planned well
A corporate booking works when the details are shared early. Here is what we ask for, and why.
Headcount and arrival times
Give us the number of guests and when each one arrives. If flights land at different times, we plan separate pickups or group arrivals into one pickup where the times line up.
Which airports
Most corporate travelers come through Ontario or San Diego, reached on the I-15. Send the airline and flight numbers so we can plan each pickup.
Hotels for visiting teams
Out-of-town teams often stay at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, Temecula Creek Inn or a hotel near Pechanga Resort Casino. Give us the hotel for each guest and the day they check out, and we plan the airport returns to match.
Matching the cars to the plan
An SUV seats six with luggage. A sedan suits one or two executives. For a group of fourteen, we usually send three cars and time them to move together.
Venue details
Resorts and convention spaces each have a preferred drop-off. Tell us the venue and the event name, and we plan the approach in advance.
A single point of contact
Name one person on your side as our contact for the booking, plus a backup. That keeps changes simple.
Welcome moments
For a client or a keynote speaker, a clean black car and a chauffeur at the curb sets the tone. Send the guest’s name and arrival details and we plan the pickup at the right entrance of the hotel, resort or terminal.
Evening programs
Dinners and awards evenings often end late. Tell us the end time of the event and the drop-off points for each guest, and we plan the return rides in sequence so the room empties smoothly.
Multi-day programs
When a program runs over two or three days, send the whole calendar at once. We keep the schedule in one place, so changes on day two do not undo the plan for day three.
Day-of changes
If a meeting runs over or a guest is delayed, call 747-309-0639 and we adjust the cars.
