Planning corporate transportation in Oceanside
A good corporate booking answers questions before anyone asks them. This is how we like to receive one.
Start with the roster
Send names, arrival times, arrival points and phone numbers for the people being moved. Add the hotel and the meeting address. If there are several arrivals, group them by time so we can plan the cars.
Hotels near the water
Visitors often stay near the pier, where two beach resorts opened in 2021. Mission Pacific Beach Resort is at 101 Mission Ave, and The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa is across the street. Tell us which one and we plan the pickup point with you.
Train arrivals
The Oceanside Transit Center at 205 S. Tremont St. serves Amtrak, COASTER, Metrolink and the SPRINTER. Visitors arriving by train can transfer to a private car.
Camp Pendleton visits
Camp Pendleton borders the city. If your team has business at the base, check access rules with your contact there and tell us the drop-off location you have been given.
Splitting a group
An SUV takes six, so a team of fourteen needs three cars. We suggest the split when you book, usually by arrival time or by who is traveling together, so that each group travels on its own timetable.
Client entertainment
For golf outings, courses listed by Visit Oceanside include Emerald Isle, El Camino Country Club, Arrowood and Oceanside Golf Course. Evening hosts can send guests to the pier, the harbor or the theaters downtown, and a chauffeur removes the question of who drives home.
Welcome details
Tell us if a guest needs a child seat, extra luggage space or a particular pickup spot. Add a contact phone number for each rider so the chauffeur can reach them.
Changes on the day
Flights shift and meetings run long. Call 747-309-0639 and we work through the change with you.
