Send every stop in order, with times: home, hair appointments, photos, ceremony, reception, the ride home. Once we have the whole day, we can quote a single fixed price.
Who is in which car
Decide who rides together. A sedan suits the couple. An SUV is better for parents, grandparents and a wedding party with dresses and bags.
Getting into the venue
The Dove Canyon community is guard-gated, so share the gate and entry details with your booking. The Bell Tower Regional Community Center is on El Paseo. Tell us which entrance you want for drop-off.
Dresses, tuxedos and gifts
Formal clothes take space. An SUV leaves room for a gown, a garment bag and a box of gifts. Tell us what is coming along and we pick the car to match.
Photos and timing
Photos take time. Build that into your plan, and tell us where the photographer wants to stop.
The ride home
Plan the ride home when you book the ride there. It keeps the night simple, and no one has to leave early to deal with a car.
