Planning corporate transportation in Mission Viejo
A little structure up front saves a lot of calls on the day. These are the questions we ask.
Who is arriving
Give us each traveler’s name, the arrival time and the contact number. For flights, add the airline and flight number.
Where everyone is going
List the destination for each group. For the library on Civic Center, a hotel lobby or a hospital campus, name the entrance.
How many cars
Sedans suit one to three riders. SUVs seat up to six with luggage. We suggest a mix when you send the roster.
Timing between stops
Tell us when meetings start and end. We set pickups so the group arrives with time to spare and leaves when the event does.
Distance to the airports
John Wayne Airport is about 14 to 16 road miles from Mission Viejo. Long Beach is roughly 34 to 37 and LAX is about 54, so out-of-town guests flying into the bigger airports need an earlier schedule.
Meeting guests at the curb
Our chauffeurs meet guests where we agreed, whether that is the arrivals area at SNA, a hotel lobby or a building entrance. Share a phone number for each traveler so everyone can reach each other.
Return trips
List the end time for each event so we can schedule the return rides. If the event may run long, say so and we leave room.
Billing and records
The fixed price at booking keeps accounting simple. Ask us what details you need on your records.
Special requests
Corporate programs sometimes include family members or guests with young children. If a guest needs a child seat, extra luggage space or a particular meeting point, say so in the booking. We build those details into the plan from the start, which is far easier than solving them at the curb on the day of the event.
