Planning executive travel in Beverly Hills
A good executive ride is mostly planning. Here is what we ask for, and why it helps.
Send the day’s schedule
Give us each stop with its address and time. We build the day so the car is at the next door before you reach it.
Tell us who is riding
One executive or four colleagues, with laptops and a presentation case or without. The headcount decides whether a sedan will do or an SUV is the better call.
Name the entrance
Office towers and hotels have more than one door. A line on the lobby, the garage or the hotel drive tells the chauffeur where to stop.
Hotel meetings
The Beverly Wilshire, the Waldorf Astoria and The Beverly Hills Hotel are common places to meet. The first is at 9500 Wilshire Boulevard, the second is at Wilshire and Santa Monica, and the third is at 9641 Sunset Boulevard. Tell us where and we arrive with time to spare.
Conferences and events
The Beverly Hilton lists conferences and award events among the gatherings it hosts. If you are attending one, send the call time and the entrance instructions from the organizer so we can plan the arrival.
Leaving for a flight
For LAX, the route follows the 405 and Santa Monica Boulevard, and the length of the trip varies with the hour. We set the departure with you and add extra margin on busy mornings.
