How to book a black car in Ventura County
A smooth ride begins with a few facts. These are the ones that help most here.
Tell us the stops
List the pickup, the destination and any stop on the way, such as a hotel lobby or a friend’s house. A point-to-point ride is simple. A ride with three stops is easy too, once we know them in advance, and the order of stops can be settled on the phone in a minute.
Say who is riding
Our black luxury SUV carries up to six passengers with their luggage. Tell us the number of passengers, whether children are coming and whether bags, wheelchairs or other equipment come along. That decides sedan or SUV, and whether a child seat goes in the car.
Choose the road with us
US 101 handles much of the traffic between Ventura, Oxnard and Camarillo, and the Conejo Grade lies between Camarillo and Thousand Oaks. State Route 118 carries Simi Valley and Moorpark traffic toward Los Angeles. Weekend beach traffic and weekday commuter hours reshape the best route, so we decide on the day and tell the chauffeur before they leave.
Plan for harbors and venues
Ventura Harbor, Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard and the Ventura County Fairgrounds have busy entrances during events. We agree the drop-off point with you in advance so you step out close to the door.
Extra time for people
Mention if a passenger needs help with steps, a walker or a slower pace. The chauffeur plans the stop and the timing, and nobody is rushed.
Booking for someone else
Plenty of reservations are made for a parent, a client or a guest. Give us the passenger’s name and phone number alongside your own, and the chauffeur contacts them with the plan. You stay in control of the booking, and they get a clear message about who is coming.
Evenings out and special nights
For a concert, a play or a harbor dinner, tell us the show time and where you want to end up. We suggest a pickup that leaves room for parking-free arrival, and we plan the ride home before you leave.
Quiet and privacy
A black car is a private space. The chauffeur keeps conversation to what you want. Phone calls, laptops and sleeping are all welcome.
Rides that leave the county
Many black car trips go to Burbank, Los Angeles or farther. The route belongs to one booking and one fare, however many miles it covers.
