Getting around West Covina by car
The roads here reward a little forethought. These are the things we think about on every booking.
The 10 does most of the work
Most trips out of the city begin on the Interstate 10, either through the ramps near Plaza West Covina or a few exits farther along. Westbound traffic builds early on weekdays, and eastbound builds in the late afternoon. We set the pickup time against that rhythm.
Choosing an airport
Ontario is the natural pick for a quick, calm departure. Burbank suits flights to the Bay Area and the Pacific Northwest, and LAX makes sense for international routes. Tell us the airline and we’ll recommend a leave-by time. Details are on our airport car service in West Covina page.
Shopping centers and curbsides
Plaza West Covina, Eastland Center and The Heights each have busy parking fields. Your chauffeur meets you at a clear curb and can load shopping bags into the cargo area, so you don’t cross a lot with your hands full.
Hospital and clinic visits
Queen of the Valley Medical Center draws patients and families from around the valley. We drop at the entrance you name, wait if you ask us to, and keep the return ride on the same booking.
Events beyond the city
The Fairplex in Pomona and the Industry Hills area both host expos, conferences and weddings. Parking at big weekend events can be a scramble, and a drop-off at the door skips it.
Weekend and evening timing
Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons are the busiest windows around the shopping centers and on the 10. Weddings, graduations and dinners often start at fixed times, so we work backward from the moment you need to arrive and add a cushion for parking and the walk to the door.
Child seats and luggage
Child seats are available on request, so mention ages when you reserve. One SUV carries up to six passengers with their bags.
