Airport car service in Long Beach, from LGB to LAX
An airport ride goes best when you plan the pickup around the flight rather than around the clock. Here is what we ask about, in the order it usually matters.
Pick the right airport
LGB is quick, and its terminal is small enough that you can be at the gate soon after arriving. LAX makes sense when your airline flies only from there. John Wayne works for Orange County destinations. If you are unsure, tell us the airline and we will say which airport it uses.
Leave time for the 405
The 405 is the main road to LAX and the airport at Long Beach alike. It slows sharply on weekday mornings and late afternoons, and again on holiday weekends. We build in margin for LAX trips and set the pickup time with you the day before.
Arrivals at LAX
The terminal loops at LAX are busy and confusing for a first-time visitor. After you land, we message you the exact meeting point, so you do not wander with your bags looking for the right curb.
Arrivals at LGB
Your chauffeur meets you at the terminal. Because the airport is small, finding each other is rarely a problem, and the ride from the curb to the city is short.
Early mornings and late nights
Many of the flights out of LGB leave early, and many arrivals come in late. Our line stays open all night, so a 4 a.m. pickup in Belmont Shore is booked the same way as a noon one. If your plans change, call and we rework the schedule rather than start over.
Cruise travelers
If you are flying in to board a ship at the Long Beach Cruise Terminal, tell us the sailing time. We plan the transfer so the ride from the airport lands at the pier ahead of boarding.
