Planning a special day with a chauffeur in Ventura
Big days work best when the transport plan is settled early. This is how we usually map one out.
Start with the venue
Tell us where the ceremony, the reception and the hotel are. Larger hotels like the Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach can have more than one entrance, so a note on the right one avoids a wrong turn.
Pick the style of arrival
Some couples want a single sedan and a quiet exit. Others prefer an SUV that carries the wedding party and the dress. Tell us the mood you want and we recommend the vehicle.
Count the cars
One SUV carries six passengers with luggage. A wedding party of ten or more needs more than one, and we plan them to leave together.
Dressing and timing
Hair, makeup and dressing often run behind. We agree the first pickup time with you and keep the rest of the schedule flexible where we can, since the day is built around your plans.
Photos and stops
The Ventura Pier, Surfers Point and the Mission San Buenaventura make natural photo stops. Build time into the schedule for them and list them when you book.
Surprises and gifts
A chauffeured evening makes a memorable gift for an anniversary or milestone birthday. Send us the guest of honor’s pickup address, the restaurant and a good time, and the ride can be a surprise.
Guest transfers
Out-of-town relatives often arrive at Santa Barbara, Burbank or LAX, roughly 40, 60 and 70 road miles away. We can collect them and bring them to the hotel.
Rehearsal dinners and brunches
A wedding weekend has more than one event. If there is a rehearsal dinner on Main Street or a farewell brunch by the harbor, include it so the same plan covers every ride.
The ride home
Evenings end at different times. Give us a rough finish and a return address, and we plan the last ride. Our limo service in Ventura page explains what that service looks like with sedans and SUVs.
