How to plan an hourly chauffeur booking
An hourly booking works best when the plan is clear on paper. This is how we help you build it.
List the stops
Write down each address in order, with a time for the first pickup. We look at the route and tell you if the plan fits in the hours you have in mind.
Estimate the length
Think about how long you will spend at each stop. Tasting rooms, meetings and dinners run long, so be generous. If the plan changes on the day, call 747-309-0639 and we adjust it with you.
Choose sedan or SUV
A sedan suits a couple or a small group. The SUV seats up to six with luggage, which suits a family outing or a group heading to a wedding weekend at the lake.
Plan for the road
Interstate 15 is the main route through the area, and it can be busy at commute hours and after events at the stadium. We account for that when we build the schedule.
Lock in the return
Know where the day ends. A home address, a hotel near Casino Drive or an airport all work. Tell us and we end the booking there.
