Executive car service in Santa Paula, built around the schedule
Executives rarely ask for a nice car first. They ask for a ride that fits the calendar. These are the questions we work through.
Starting at the airport
A visitor landing at Burbank faces roughly 50 to 55 road miles, and LAX is roughly 65 to 70. Santa Barbara is roughly 50 to 55 in the other direction. Share the flight number and the meeting time and we suggest a pickup that leaves room for the road.
Getting into the valley
Highway 126 follows the Santa Clara River through Santa Paula, and Highway 150 branches off for Ojai. The chauffeur chooses the route on the day.
Choosing between sedan and SUV
One or two executives travel well in the sedan. Three or more, or a mix of people and equipment, belong in the SUV, which seats up to 6 passengers with luggage. State the headcount when you book and we confirm the vehicle with you.
Meetings downtown
Santa Paula’s historic center holds the Union Oil Building at 10th and Main, now the California Oil Museum, and the Santa Paula Art Museum on North 10th Street. Both make useful landmarks when you give directions to a visitor.
Using the time in the car
Sit in the back seat, open the laptop and prepare for the meeting. We do not set an agenda for your ride. The chauffeur drives and you decide how the time is spent.
Documents and devices
Bring whatever the meeting needs and tell us how many bags to expect. A sedan has room for a briefcase and a carry-on per rider. For a team with display boards or sample cases, the SUV is the better pick.
Returning the same day
Many visits to the valley are day trips. Reserve the return with the outbound ride, give us the time of the last meeting, and the chauffeur plans the trip back to the airport or the office around it. If the meeting runs long, call the 24/7 line and we adjust the plan with you.
Entertaining clients
For a client dinner, we can take the group to Main Street and return them to the Glen Tavern Inn or the airport. See the luxury chauffeur service in Santa Paula page for celebrations.
