Planning a black car ride in Imperial County
A private car works best when the details are settled early. This is how we usually shape a black car booking here.
Pickup and drop-off
Give us the exact address, the building entrance and any gate or access note. For events, ask the venue where cars are allowed to stop.
Choosing the car
Count the people and the bags, then pick the sedan or the SUV. When in doubt, take the SUV, since extra room costs nothing in comfort.
Longer legs
Valley towns sit a real distance apart, and I-8, SR 111, SR 86 and SR 78 connect them. A multi-stop evening can be booked as one reservation, with the plan written out in advance.
Trips to the dunes
The Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area is reached along Highway 78 east of Brawley or along I-8 west of Yuma. Tell us about coolers, cases or gear when you book.
Early and late rides
Because the line is open 24/7, you can arrange a pre-dawn pickup or a ride home after a late event.
Changing plans
If a meeting runs long or a guest arrives late, call 747-309-0639 and we adjust.
Dress, comfort and the cabin
The chauffeur dresses for the occasion, and the cabin is kept clean and quiet. Tell us if you prefer conversation or silence.
Pets and special needs
Let us know about service animals, mobility aids or any particular need when you book, so the right vehicle and plan are in place.
Group rides
If your party exceeds six, we assign more than one car and keep them on one schedule.
Booking a round trip
For a dinner or an appointment, book the return at the same time. We set the pickup after the event, and the chauffeur confirms by phone shortly before.
Visiting the border area
Calexico sits at the southern edge of the valley. Our rides stay on the United States side, so plan any crossing separately. We can drop you at an address in Calexico and pick you up there later.
Keeping the price predictable
The fare is fixed when you book, so a long stretch of SR 111 or I-8 does not change it. If you add a stop, we update the plan and tell you the new price before the ride.
