Airport car service in Dana Point, made easy
A few choices decide how the morning goes. This is what we sort out with you when the booking is made.
Picking the right airport
John Wayne Airport is closest and usually the simplest. Choose Long Beach, LAX or San Diego when your airline or route sends you there, and tell us when you call so we can set the start time.
Starting time
Interstate 5 and the connecting freeways fill up at commute hours, as they do throughout Orange County. A pickup before the rush is easier on everyone, and we help you pick a time that leaves some margin.
Getting home
On the return, give us your flight number and the address in Dana Point. A late landing is common, and our phone line is open 24/7 for changes.
Hotels and homes
Pickups at a resort such as the Ritz-Carlton on One Ritz-Carlton Drive or the Laguna Cliffs Marriott on Park Lantern are routine. Gated communities need a gate name or code, so mention it.
Sunrise departures and late arrivals
Red-eye flights and early-morning departures are a regular part of airport work. Our phone line is open around the clock, so a change at 2 a.m. still reaches a person.
From the harbor to the freeway
The Laguna Cliffs Marriott’s own directions tell drivers to leave Interstate 5 at Pacific Coast Highway, and that same connection carries most of our pickups in and out of town. The chauffeur does not need to hunt for the route.
Luggage and car seats
Count your suitcases, golf bags and any child seats ahead of time, because the count decides the vehicle. An SUV seats up to six passengers with luggage, and we choose the vehicle to suit what you bring. If the bags will not fit with the passengers, we say so before the day, not at the curb.
