Executive car service in Calexico for business days
Business in Calexico is shaped by the border and by the Imperial Valley around it. A visiting executive might split a day between a hotel, a meeting and a drive up the valley. These are the notes we use to plan that kind of day.
Downtown meetings
The Calexico Chamber of Commerce is at 1100 North Imperial Avenue, and many downtown offices sit along Imperial Avenue and the streets near it. Give us the building name and the door you want, and the chauffeur meets you there. Downtown curbs fill up, so a named side street helps.
Near the ports of entry
Calexico West Port of Entry is at 200 East First Street, and Calexico East Port of Entry is at 1699 East Carr Road. The U.S. General Services Administration describes the West crossing as the main link between the valley’s agricultural industry and Baja California. Visits that touch either crossing need generous timing, so we leave margin in the plan.
Hotels along Scaroni
Hampton Inn by Hilton Calexico (2501 Scaroni Avenue) and Best Western John Jay Inn (2421 Scaroni Road) are the lodging names visitors search for most. A chauffeur can collect you at either entrance for a morning meeting.
Between towns
Highway 111 runs north to El Centro and Highway 98 leads east to Interstate 8. A day with calls in more than one town works well with one car and one chauffeur, as our hourly car service in Calexico page explains.
Flights in and out
Imperial County Airport (IPL) is about 15 road miles from Calexico, and San Diego International is much farther. Our airport car service in Calexico page covers both.
Quiet time between stops
The rear seat is a place to read email or review notes between stops. Tell us if you prefer a particular route or if you need to make a call, and we plan for it.
