Planning executive trips in Ventura
Business travelers in Ventura usually juggle a handful of fixed points: a flight, a meeting and a hotel. A chauffeur connects them without the usual friction.
Arrivals
Guests arriving for work often land at Santa Barbara, Burbank or LAX. Santa Barbara is roughly 40 road miles away, Burbank about 60 and LAX roughly 70. Send us the airline and the hotel, and we plan the run as a single booking.
Hotels and venues
The Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach sits at 450 E. Harbor Blvd, and the Pierpont Inn describes itself as a destination for meetings and events. Telling us which one your party is using lets us set the pickup at the right entrance.
Event days at the fairgrounds
The Ventura County Fairgrounds at 10 W. Harbor Blvd hold events through the year. For a trade or community event, we agree the drop-off point ahead so the group arrives together.
The freeway
Most longer legs use US 101, the Ventura Freeway. We choose the route on the day with traffic in mind.
Dinner with clients
Main Street in Downtown has restaurants and shops within walking distance of the mission, and Ventura Harbor Village at 1583 Spinnaker Dr suits a casual meal by the water. Tell us where the table is and when you expect to finish, and the chauffeur is booked to match the evening.
Rail arrivals
Some visitors reach Ventura on the Pacific Surfliner, which stops at 39 E. Harbor Blvd near the fairgrounds. We can meet that train with a car and take the guest to a hotel or an office.
Leaving town
Plan the return the same way. Give us the departure airport and the time of your last meeting and we work out when the car should come.
