Choosing a limo-style ride in Cathedral City
A little planning helps you pick the right car. Here is how we think it through with you.
How many riders
One to three riders usually fit well in a sedan. Up to six riders with luggage fit in an SUV. More than six means we send a second car.
Where you are going
Downtown events at the Festival Lawn and the Community Amphitheater call for a clear drop-off. Casino and dinner nights call for a clear return time. Airport days call for the flight details.
Gated places
Golf communities such as Desert Princess and Cathedral Canyon have gates. Send the gate code or guest name so the chauffeur can reach the right door.
Luggage and gear
Golf clubs, garment bags and strollers all need space. Mention them when you book so we can choose the SUV where it helps.
Dinner and a show
For an evening on East Palm Canyon Drive, tell us the restaurant and the show time. We plan the pickup to reach both comfortably, and we agree on where the chauffeur will be when the night ends.
Late nights and early mornings
Shows end late and flights leave early. Tell us the hour, and we set the pickup around it. The phone line is open at all hours for booking.
Airport to hotel
Guests landing at Palm Springs often head straight to a hotel or a golf community. The airport is only a few road miles from town, so the drive is brief, and the chauffeur helps with bags at the start.
Keeping it simple
You do not need a long brief. A date, a pickup address, a destination and a head count are enough to start, and we ask about anything else when we confirm the booking.
Multiple cars
When a group is too big for one SUV, we send two or more cars and time the pickups so the group stays together. Tell us how people divide, for instance family in one car and friends in another.
Children
Child seats are available on request. Name the seat type and the child’s age when you reserve.
