Planning a special ride in Cathedral City
The best occasions run on a plan that is simple and clear. Here is how we usually build one.
Weddings
Send the date, the ceremony and reception venues, the pickup points and the number of people to move. We suggest vehicles and agree the timing with you in advance. We drive to venues across the valley, not just in Cathedral City.
Anniversaries and dinners
Tell us the restaurant and the hour. The chauffeur drops you at the door and meets you again where you agreed, so the evening does not end in a search for a ride.
Shows downtown
For an evening at the Community Amphitheater, we choose a drop-off close to the entrance and a meeting spot for the way out. Festival Lawn dates are busy, so tell us the day early.
Timing the day
Special days run on a clock. Give us the key times, such as the ceremony start or the reservation, and we work backward to set the pickup. Build in a cushion for photos, hair and makeup or last-minute guests, and we plan around that.
Golf and resort stays
If the celebration is at a golf community, give us the gate name or code. Guests can arrive together, and the SUV carries luggage for the whole party.
Guests from out of town
Wedding and anniversary guests often fly into Palm Springs. Send us the flights and the lodging, and we line up the airport pickups and the hotel runs along with the main event rides, so the whole weekend is covered in one conversation.
Seats and luggage
Request a child seat at booking. If you are carrying garment bags, gifts, floral arrangements or other items, mention them so we plan the room. An SUV has far more space than a sedan, which matters when the trunk holds more than overnight bags.
After the event
Plan the ride home as carefully as the ride there. Tell us when the evening is likely to end, and we agree on a pickup spot and an approximate hour. A dependable exit from a late celebration is part of the service.
