Planning an executive day in Cathedral City
A good itinerary on paper still depends on the details. This is what we ask when you book.
Pickup and first stop
Give us the address, the meeting time and the building or entrance. For hotels and gated communities, add the guest name or code so the chauffeur does not wait at a gate.
Multiple stops
If the day includes three meetings in two cities, send the list in order with times. We plan the route and tell you where the chauffeur will meet you after each one.
Working on the road
The back seat is yours. Many clients make calls, answer email or review documents between stops, and we keep the ride calm enough for it.
Staying on time
Meetings run long, and flights do not wait. Tell us which stop has a hard end time and we build the schedule backward from it, so the chauffeur is positioned to get you there.
Vehicle choice for the day
A solo traveler usually rides in the sedan. If colleagues join you or the bags are many, the SUV seats up to six with luggage. Child seats are available on request for family travel mixed into a work trip.
Booking ahead
Give us as much notice as you can, with the pickup address, the stops and the times. Once we have those, the plan and the fare come back to you in one reply.
Flights from PSP
Palm Springs International is a few road miles from town. The drive is short, so we plan around your check-in rather than the road, and agree the pickup hour with you.
Dinners with clients
For an evening on East Palm Canyon Drive or in a neighboring city, the chauffeur drops you at the door and meets you at the agreed spot afterward. You never have to think about parking or the drive home.
Longer runs west
Ontario is about 76 road miles away and LAX about 131. We set the pickup time with the distance in mind and quote one price.
