Booking a black car in Cathedral City
A few details make the ride smoother. These are the ones we ask about.
Pickup point
Give us the street address and, for hillside homes in the Cove or gated golf communities, the gate code or guest name. The more exact the pickup, the less time anyone spends looking for the door.
Dinner or a show
For a night downtown, tell us the venue and the end time you expect. The Community Amphitheater and the Festival Lawn are close together, and the Civic Center sits beside them, so we agree on where to drop you and where to meet again.
Casino evenings
Agua Caliente Cathedral City is at 68960 E Palm Canyon Drive. We take you to the entrance and plan the return time with you, so nobody has to check the clock or the road.
Choosing the vehicle
Pick the sedan when it is two or three of you. Pick the SUV when it is a family, a group of friends or a pile of luggage. Not sure? Give us the headcount and we suggest one.
Sports and tournament days
Big League Dreams Sports Park draws teams and families to Cathedral City, and a black SUV is a handy way to arrive with a cooler, folding chairs and a few kids. Tell us the arrival time and how many people are riding.
Getting home
Plan the return before you leave. At booking we agree on the pickup time and place for the ride back, whether that is the casino entrance, a theater door or the curb at a restaurant on East Palm Canyon Drive.
Children
Child seats are available on request, so say the age or the seat type when you book.
