Booking a limo in Temecula
A limo booking goes smoothly when we know a few things early. Here is what we ask, and why it matters in a valley where the stops are spread out.
Headcount
Six guests and their bags fit in one SUV. A party of nine or ten would need two cars, and we time both to leave and arrive together. Mention children, older guests or anyone who needs a hand getting in and out.
Where everyone is picked up
Guests may be staying in different places: a hotel in Old Town, a resort on Rancho California Road, a home in Harveston. Send each address and the route gets built around them.
Which venues and in what order
Name the wineries or restaurants and the order you want. Tasting rooms on De Portola Road and Rancho California Road are spread across the valley, so a clear order saves time.
Wine country limo days
For a tasting day, name the wineries and the order. Callaway and Mount Palomar sit on Rancho California Road, and Frangipani and Altisima on De Portola Road, so we can sequence a day that keeps driving time down.
Airport runs
For Ontario or San Diego, give us the airline and flight number. Our airport car service in Temecula page covers the details.
Child seats and extras
We bring child seats on request. Garment bags, gift boxes or a cake for a surprise party all ride with you if you tell us in advance.
Dress and weather
Limo rides are often tied to a dress, a tux or a pair of heels. A chauffeur at the door and a short walk from the car to the entrance make a real difference on gravel drives and wet evenings.
Setting the evening’s timeline
Send the reservation time for dinner, the start of the show or the cut-off for the reception. We plan backward from those times so the evening runs on schedule.
