How to plan an hourly booking in Corona
An hourly day goes best when you give us a clear frame. This is what helps most.
Start with a time and a place
Tell us when and where the chauffeur should meet you first. We take it from there, and you keep the freedom to change the next stop.
List the stops you know
Send the addresses you are sure of, even if the order is loose. We use them to estimate the length of the booking and plan a sensible route across town. If you are still deciding on a stop, say so, and we leave room for it.
Say what you will carry
Shopping, garment bags, gifts and kids’ gear all need room. An SUV seats six with luggage, and a sedan suits a smaller party with fewer things.
Leave room for the unexpected
Dinners run late and appointments run long. Hourly service is built for that. If a stop takes longer, call 747-309-0639 and we talk through the plan together, so the rest of your day still works and nobody feels rushed.
Mix in a long run
An hourly day can include a longer leg, such as a stop at Ontario Airport, which is roughly 15 to 19 road miles from town. Tell us up front so we shape the booking around it, and we will fit the other stops before and after the airport.
Plan around the freeways
The 91 gets crowded around rush hour, and I-15 carries traffic north and south through town. If you have a timed commitment in the afternoon, tell us. We shape the route and the pickup so the busiest stretches fall at the least critical moment.
Combine work and pleasure
A client lunch at Dos Lagos followed by a drive to a hotel is an easy hourly day. So is a morning appointment, an errand, and a quiet dinner. Describe the day to us in your own words and we shape the booking around it.
Group and family days
When several people ride together, tell us who is coming and any special needs. Older relatives, small children and strollers all change how we plan the first pickup and every stop after it.
Child seats
Child seats are available on request. Tell us how many children and their ages when you book.
