Executive car service in Cypress: planning your trip
A good executive ride is invisible when it works. These are the details we settle with you ahead of time.
Set the schedule first
Start with the hard times: the meeting start, the flight, the dinner reservation. We build the pickup and any stops around them.
Pick the vehicle
One or two people with briefcases fit a sedan nicely. A group with presentation gear or several suitcases belongs in the SUV, which seats up to six with luggage.
Name the exact door
Cypress has hotels, offices, a college and a civic center, and each has more than one entrance. Tell us which one you want so the chauffeur is at the right door.
Plan for event traffic
Race days near Los Alamitos Race Course on Katella Avenue and busy mornings around the campus can slow nearby streets. We suggest a pickup with margin, and the price does not change.
Share the guest list
Tell us how many people are riding and what they are carrying. Presentation boards, sample cases and golf clubs all affect the choice between sedan and SUV.
Keep the return in mind
If you are heading to the airport after your meeting, let us know where the meeting ends and the time of the flight. We plan both legs together.
Working on the way
The back seat is quiet enough for calls and email. If you have a particular request for the ride, mention it when you book and we confirm what is possible.
Early starts
Some meetings start before the city wakes up. We take calls at any hour, so a 6 a.m. pickup is arranged the same way as a noon one.
Guests from out of town
When a client or board member is flying in, send their arrival details and the address where they are staying. We plan the pickup for them and agree the fare with you.
