Limo service in Rancho Santa Margarita, planning the night
A limo night runs best when the details are set early. Here is how to plan one with us.
How many riders
One SUV carries six. A group of fourteen needs three cars, and we can plan them to leave and arrive together. Mention children or older guests when you book so we can plan the seating.
Every pickup address
Guests often start in different neighborhoods, such as Melinda Heights, Dove Canyon or the lake area. Send each address and we build the route, so no one needs to meet in the middle.
The itinerary
List dinner, venue and drop-off in order, with times. We use it to quote a single fixed price.
Gates and venues
The Dove Canyon community is guard-gated. The Bell Tower Regional Community Center on El Paseo and Dove Canyon Golf Club, which has a Trabuco Canyon address, are popular event venues. Share entry details and the drop-off point at booking.
Dress and luggage
Formal clothes, garment bags and gifts need room. The SUV has the space, so say what is coming along and we send the right car.
Mixed groups
Some parties have a few guests who want to arrive early and others who want to come later. Two cars on staggered times often work better than one car making two trips, and we quote both as part of the same booking.
Photo stops
Add them to the itinerary. A stop for pictures at the lake or a venue entrance fits easily when we know about it ahead of time.
The ride home
Book the ride home with the ride out. Guests leave when they are ready and the car is already planned.
